The 2011 SFFBF Rib Cook-off was an incredible success. With an estimated 2000 people, this year was our biggest Rib Cook-off ever. We served 2000 pounds of ribs in less than 90 minutes and tapped 17 kegs of frosty cold Budweiser products. Thank you to all of our volunteers, participants, sponsors and guests.
